We offer a platform to connect individuals based on the information provided, but we do not guarantee a successful match or marriage. As such, once a service has been rendered (e.g., profile creation, match suggestions), it is considered consumed and non-refundable.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
If you face a technical issue that prevents you from using our services and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period.
In case of a duplicate payment made by you due to an error.
If a paid service has not been delivered or activated within the specified time frame after purchase.
The following services are non-refundable:
